Welcome to Highgrade Electrical Pty Ltd, an electrical contracting company dedicated to providing reliable and professional electrical services. We appreciate your interest in our services and look forward to working with you. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services:

1. **Flyer Discount Offer**: As a new valued customer of Highgrade Electrical, you are eligible for a one-time 10% discount on your first service with us. This discount is applicable to the total cost of the service provided by our company. The 10% discount only applies to services provided by us up to a maximum total amount of $2200 gst inclusive, meaning a maximum discounted amount on any service provided by Highgrade Electrical, shall not exceed $220 gst inclusive for the 10% flier discount offer. Terms of this promotion require you to physically show your flier to one of our team members on arrival to the site of the works to be commenced or quoted. 

2. **Test and Tag Service**: Minimum requirement for Highgrade Electrical Test and Tag service is 50 Tags per site visit. Any less then 50 Tags will incur a minimum Service Call fee of $250 + GST, on top of cost of Testing and Tagging. Tags are $8 dollars AUD + GST per tag.

3. **Service Agreement**: By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Highgrade Electrical. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

4. **Service Scope**: Our electrical services include but are not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet industry standards and regulations.

5. **Booking and Payment**: Payment for services rendered must be made in full upon completion of the job, within the given time frame as outlined on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. On request, Highgrade Electrical can quote electrical work required by the client. If a service call is required, A minimum charge of $250 + GST AUD, will be invoiced. This minimum charge covers the first 2 hours of Labour, excluding any parts (Not including after hours or weekend service calls). If additional labour after 2 hours and/or materials is required to complete the works, this will be brought to the attention of the client to be approved before the work can commence and be completed. All late payments are subject to 10% compounding interest, to be invoiced for each month the invoice is overdue. This is stated at the bottom of each invoice.

6. **Cancellation and Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

7. **Liability**: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our work, Highgrade Electrical cannot be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, if the property Highgrade Electrical is working on at the time is Aged, brittle, frail or in poor condition overall, prior to Highgrade Electrical conducting our services.

8. **Feedback and Complaints**: We value your feedback and strive to address any concerns or complaints promptly. Please contact us on info@highgradelectrical.com.au with any feedback or complaints regarding our services.

9. **Termination of Services**: Highgrade Electrical reserves the right to terminate services if a customer violates these terms and conditions or engages in any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or dangerous.

10. **Governing Law**: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
